Recipe of the month

"Banana Fuate" (aka Yummy Fruit Smoothie)

1 cup Orange, Peach, Mango Juice
1 banana (if you freeze it, the smoothie will be creamier)
1 cup frozen fruit (pineapple, peaches, or strawberries)
1 cup ice

Blend juice and frozen fruit, then add ice and blend for another minute or until ice is smooth and creamy.
