1 package Spring Salad Mix
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1 ear of Corn, kernals only
1/2 cup of Peas
1 cup Wild
1 stalk of Celery
1 cup of shredded Carrots
Fresh Cilantro & Parsley
Cook Wild Rice according to directions
on the package then let cool.
Mix fresh vegetables and salad mix in a bowl.
When rice is cool add to vegetable mixture.
Spray salad lightly with Balsamic Vinegar. If you don't have a
sprayer you can sprinkle instead.
1/4 cup each of Basil and Cilantro and add to salad.

How to do this pose:
(Always be sure to
check with your Dr before performing this or any other new exercise
especially if you have heart problems, high or low blood pressure,
neck problems or are pregnant)
Lie on your stomach with arms at your sides and legs straight
Inhale. Exhale and lengthen your
spine as you lift the head, chest, shoulders, hands and legs.
Keep your eyes down toward the floor to keep your spine long all
the way through the back of your neck.
Think of lengthening the top of your
head to the wall in front of you and your fingertips and toes
tothe wall behind you.

do you do with your money?
Do you know? Take
a month and collect all your reciepts for everything you buy,
big or small. At the end of the month make a list of your income
after taxes, your monthly bills and expenditures such as gas,
food, etc. See how much is left after that and then count up your
reciepts that you collected. See where you are and if you are
on your way to reaching your financial goals or not and then re-evaluate.
If your goal is to get out of credit card debt and you are spending
money on extras that you could do without and only paying the
minimum payment on your credit cards - Is that helping you?
You will be surprised
after collecting your reciepts and tallying up your expenses and
income. It could be the catalyst toward that new house or vacation
or getting out of credit card debt.
