Sit on your Ball. Slowly walk your feet forward as the ball rolls
up your back.

Cross your left leg over your right thigh. To deepen the stretch
roll yourself forward so that your bottom is closer to the
floor. To challenge balance, reach arms out to the sides.

|
Goals
Take out
paper and pen and write down your 5 personal goals and 5
career goals for the year 2005. Make sure that they are
attainable and specific. Revisit these goals every month
to chart your path and see what changes you may need to
make to achieve these goals.
