                      ~ SuperBowl Fries~ 
                         
                        4-5 large Russett Potatoes, washed 
                        Olive Oil in a sprayer 
                        Cajun Seasoning 
                        Garlic Powder 
                        Onion Powder 
                        Italian Seasoning 
                        Salt & Pepper to taste 
                         
                        
                       
                   | 
                    | 
                 
                 
                  |  
                     1. 
                      Heat oven to 375. 
                       
                    2. 
                      Slice Potatoes, skin on, in long 1/2 inch thick slices. 
                      Slice those into long 1/2 inch thick slices. 
                    3. 
                      Place Potatoes on a plate and put 
                      into Microwave on High for 5 minutes to dry out slightly. 
                    4. 
                      Spray 
                      a cookie sheet with Olive Oil. Place potatoes on cookie 
                      sheet and spray lightly with Olive Oil. 
                    5. 
                      Sprinkle with all of the seasonings except Salt and Pepper. 
                      Cook 15 minutes, then flip them over.  
                       
                      6. 
                      Cook an additional 10 -20 minutes depending on your taste 
                      - crispy or mushy. 
                       
                      ~ ENJOY ~ a 
                      nice alternative to fat laden, processed Superbowl food 
                      ~

              How to do this exercise:  
              (Always be sure to 
                check with your Dr before performing this or any other new exercise 
                especially if you have heart problems, high or low blood pressure, 
                neck problems or are pregnant) 
              1. 
                Sit on your Ball. Slowly walk your feet forward as the ball rolls 
                up your back. 
              2. 
                Hands are on the floor to start. 
                Lift your left leg straight out. To challenge balance, reach arms 
                out to the sides. 
              3. 
                Hold 15 seconds to one minute, then change legs.

                    Did you know 
                      that Splenda is made with chlorine and that the end result 
                      is completely synthetic & nothing similar to sugar. 
                      The chemical altering process may not even necessarily start 
                      with sugar. The FDA is now investigating Johnson and Johnson, 
                      makers of Splenda because of claims that they are misleading 
                      the public.  
                    Recent studies 
                      show damage to the immune system, including shrunken thymus 
                      glands and decreased white blood cell counts, enlarged livers, 
                      enlarged kidneys, and low birth weight. No one knows the 
                      long term effects of injesting this food additive.
