Carrot & Cucumber Salad
2 cups cooked beets, peeled and shredded
2 cups peeled carrots, shredded
1 large cucumber, shredded
2 tbsp organic italian dressing
Put shredded veggies in a bowl
Combine vegetables and dressing.
