                          5 TBSP Smart Balance Buttery Spread 
                          1 & 1/4 Cup Turbinado Sugar 
                          1 egg, and 2 egg whites 
                          2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract 
                          1.5 tsp Pure Almond 
                            Extract 
                          1 Cup Spelt Flour 
                          1/2 cup Unsweetened 
                            Cocoa  
                          Dash of Salt 
                          1/4 tsp Baking 
                            Powder

                       | 
                       
                                         
                    
                   
                   
                  1. Preheat oven to 
                    325 degrees.  
                    
                  2. In a mixer mix 
                    Smart Balance and Turbinado Sugar for 2 minutes. 
                    
                  3. Add egg, egg whites, 
                    Vanilla and Almond extracts and mix another 2-3 minutes. 
                    
                  4. In another bowl 
                    sift Flour, Cocoa, Salt and Baking Powder. 
                    
                  5. Gradually add flour 
                    mixture to Smart Balance Mixture - mix only until blended. 
                    
                  6. Spray 
                    a 8x8 cake pan with oil, add brownie batter and bake 20-25 
                    minutes depending on your oven. Allow to cool 
                       completely once you take them out 
                    so they keep their moisture. 
                    
                  7. To Serve - slice 
                    and serve or use cookie cutters for special shapes.

                  How to do this exercise:  
                    
                  (Always be sure to check with your Dr before performing this 
                    or any other new exercise especially if you have heart problems, 
                    high or low blood pressure, back or neck problems or are pregnant)

Begin seated or lying down comfortably. You do not need 
                        to be in lotus pose as pictured above.

If 
                        you wish you can light candles and use soft background 
                        music.

Close 
                        your eyes. Bring your awareness to your breath. 
                     
                    -  
                      
Inhale 
                        through your nose and let your mind follow your breath. 
                        Exhale as you follow your breath. 
                     
                    -  
                      
 Let 
                        each breath become slower and calmer. 
                     
                    -   Meditate 
                      as long as you'd like. The 
                      more you practice the easier it will be to let go of thoughts 
                      and   distractions. In the beginning let the thoughts 
                      and distractions float away as you bring your   awareness
