Twice Baked Potatoes
Low Fat Recipe
2 1/2 lbs of Baking Potatoes
1/2 Stick of Low Fat Cream Cheese
1 TBSP Parmesean Cheese
1 TBSP Smart Balance Buttery Spread
Dash of Milk if necessary
Salt & Pepper
1. Preheat oven
to 350 degrees.
2. Wash and pierce
potatoes. Place on baking sheet and bake 45 - 60 minutes,
until soft in the center.
3. When done, carefully
slice potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out center.
4. Place Potato
filling in a bowl and place skins back on the baking sheet
then set aside.
5. Add Smart Balance
and cheeses to bowl with potatoes and stir well. Add salt
and pepper to taste. For creamier
texture you can put in blender.
If too dry you can add a small amount of milk.
or pipe filling into shells and place in over at 350 degrees
for 15-25 minutes, until warm.

How to do this exercise:
(Always be sure to check with your Dr before performing this
or any other new exercise especially if you have heart problems,
high or low blood pressure, back or neck problems or are pregnant)
Read directions on machine and if you are in the gym
make sure to ask the staff to help your first time on
up gradually for 5 minutes. After that adjust your resistance
and ramp level for a varied workout.
Test - To be sure that you are working out at a fatburning
level you should be able to talk but not hold much of
a conversation. If you are blabbing away - you are not
working hard enough.
you work on the machine be sure not to lock your knees
and to not rest your body weight on your arms.
You can also vary the workout by reversing the direction
of your stride. When you are ready to be done make sure
to gradually cooldown for five minutes and after carefully
stepping off the machine spend a few minutes
