                            Heidi's Healthy Banana Bread 
                          
                            3 TBSP Smart Balance Buttery Spread 
                            3/4 cup Turbinado Sugar 
                            1/3 cup Vanilla Lowfat or Nonfat 
                              Yogurt 
                            1 Egg and 2 Egg Whites 
                            1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract 
                            4-5 mashed, ripe Bananas 
                            1 cup Spelt Flour 
                            1 cup All Purpose Flour 
                            1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal 
                            3/4 tsp Baking Soda 
                            1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice 
                            Dash of Salt 
                              
                            Preheat oven to 350 
                              degrees  
                               
                              | 
                        
                       | 
                       
                                         
                    
                   
                   
                    1. Beat Smart Balance 
                      until creamy. Add turbinado and continue to beat for 2 minutes. 
                    
                    2. Add yogurt, egg 
                      & egg whites, vanilla and bananas - beating the whole 
                      time.  
                    
                    3. In a separate 
                      bowl whisk flours, flax seed meal, baking soda, pumpkin 
                      pie spice and salt. 
                    
                    4. Slowly add dry 
                      mixture to wet mixture and beat only until blended. 
                      
                    5. Spray oil into 
                      a bread pan and pour in mixture. Put into preheated oven 
                      and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into 
                      the middle of the bread comes out clean. A wooden skewer 
                      works best if you have one. 
                      
                    6. When 
                      done allow to cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. 
                      Remove from pan and allow to cool completely.

                  How to do this exercise:  
                    
                  (Always be sure to check with your Dr before performing this 
                    or any other new exercise especially if you have heart problems, 
                    high or low blood pressure, back or neck problems or are pregnant)

Stand with good posture. Zip your abs.

Stand 
                          on tubing with your feet hips width apart. Tubing should 
                          be under your arches to keep tubing in place.

Hold 
                          tubing and as you exhale lift your right leg and lean 
                          slightly to the left with your upper body for balance. 
                       
                      -  
                        
Inhale 
                          and come back to center. Repeat left. 
                       
                      -  
                        
 
                          Repeat up to 50times and 3 sets. As your muscles get 
                          stronger you can use stronger tubing.
