                            Cinnamon French Toast 
                           
                            6 slices french bread 
                               
                              1 egg, 3 egg whites 
                             
                              1/2 tsp Cinnamon 
                               
                              1/4 tsp Ground Ginger 
                             
                              2 TBSP Vanilla Almond Milk (or any kind of milk) 
                             
                              fresh fruit for garnish and serve with only pure 
                              maple syrup, honey or jam. (Don't use the imitation 
                              stuff, it's all full of chemicals)

                    1. In a plate or 
                      pie plate mix egg, egg whites, almond milk, cinnamon and 
                      ginger.
                     
                    2. Spray a pan with 
                      oil lightly and heat on medium high.
                    
                    3. Take bread one 
                      at a time and dip into egg mix on each side, then place 
                      in pan.
                     
                    4. Cook until light 
                      brown on one side then flip and cook an addition 1 - 2 minutes.
                     
                    5. Continue until 
                      all bread is dipped and cooked. You can keep the cooked 
                      french toast warm in a toaster oven at    
                           200 degrees until you are 
                      finished cooking all of the french toast.

                  How to do this exercise: 
                    
                  (Always be sure to check with your Dr before performing this 
                    or any other new exercise especially if you have heart problems, 
                    high or low blood pressure, back or neck problems or are pregnant)

Whatever your form of cardio (walking, running, biking, 
                          skating, indoor equipment, etc.) do it daily for at 
                          least 30 minutes.

In these winter months of holiday eating it is very 
                          important to keep up your cardio daily.
                       
                      -  
                        
 Warm up slowly for 5 minutes before your cardio and 
                          cool down for 5 minutes at the end of your cardio session.

Stretch for at least 5 minutes after your cardio session 
                          and make sure to drink plenty of water.
